Daily Operations Email Notifications

Rebillia can send you daily email summaries of key activity happening in your account. These notifications help you stay on top of billing, payments, retries, and integrations — without needing to log in and check manually.

All emails are sent to the address set in your Company Profile.

Available Daily Notifications

Bill Run Report (Invoice Creation)

Get a daily summary of your invoice generation activity.

What you’ll see:

  • How many invoices were successfully created

  • Which invoices (if any) failed to generate, with details


Payment Run Report (Invoice Billing)

Track daily payment collection results for invoices that were billed.

What you’ll see:

  • How many invoices were successfully charged

  • Which invoices failed to bill, with details on what happened


Retry Run Report (Dunning)

Monitor retry attempts for overdue or previously failed payments.

What you’ll see:

  • Which overdue invoices were successfully collected after retry

  • Which invoices are still failing and may require attention


Integration Run Report

Stay informed about Rebillia’s communication with connected external systems (like eCommerce platforms and tax providers).

What you’ll see:

  • A summary of integration activity

  • A downloadable report of failed integration actions
    (for example, if Rebillia couldn’t generate an order in your eCommerce platform)


How to Enable Daily Notifications

To turn on daily operations emails:

  1. Click your company name in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Advanced Settings.

  3. Go to the Notifications section.

  4. Find Internal Notifications, then click Daily Operations.

  5. Turn on the notifications you’d like to receive.
